• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Edit or create images that are illegal, harmful, or infringe on others' rights
• Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you edit using the Service. PixelPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
