Free Trial
We offer a free tier that allows you to try our basic features before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to fully explore the free tier to ensure PixelPro meets your needs.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not extensively used premium features.
- Technical issues: You experience persistent technical problems that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized charges: A charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
- Change of mind after extensively using premium features
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date (you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
- Price changes that were communicated in advance
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refund requests within the first 14 days will be honored with a full refund. After 14 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months in your subscription period, minus a processing fee equivalent to one month's subscription cost.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide any relevant details (e.g., transaction ID, date of purchase)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
